Let There Be Love

Sibling rivalry in a family is very common. You can feel very stressed and alone when you think that your family favors another sibling. It could really put your relationship with your family in jeopardy. While your family does love you, support you, or otherwise: it is more realistic that they should have more things in common with one sibling, than another. This should not affect you.

You must accept the reality that this is likely to happen in a family. For example, your mother may have more things in common with your sister, than she does you. This is something you cannot take personally, because it does not mean they “love” your sibling more.
